About The Role

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Product team. We have significant expansion plans, and our ability to deliver delightful, impactful and exceptional product experiences will be paramount to our continued success.

What You'll Do

• Proactively conceive, define, and improve the existing features based on customers feedback, market trends, in-house data, and research;
• Create and review user stories (inc. granular breakdowns, acceptance criteria, QA);
• Maintaining & keeping up-to-date internal product documentation;
• Designing A/B tests to improve the end-user experience and increase product metrics (e.g. CR, LTV, Retention, etc.);
• Develop user testing and researches plans with clear objectives, to identify the relevant JTBDs specific to each feature;
• Collaborate with other teams such as Design, Comms, CS, and QA/Devs to document and report any feature requests or bugs;
• Ensure that all product endeavors are highly organized and systematically tracked.
