What you’ll be doing
We’re looking for an outstanding product leader with a track record of successfully leading complex technology product teams. This includes strategy, planning, and execution, as well as recruiting, motivating, and inspiring top product talent.
You’ll work with a highly skilled and motivated crew of technical and product-focused individuals, intent on delivering the best experience possible for our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience building complex technology solutions as well as a track record of scaling high performing product teams in a fast-paced, distributed environment.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a distributed, diverse product team.
- Engage with customers and internal teams to understand product pain points and opportunities.
- Deliver products in a complex and face-paced environment using agile process and experimentation.
- Work in a highly collaborative fashion with engineering, sales, customer success, partnerships, operations, legal to drive strategy, propose solutions, write product requirements, define key success metrics, and measure performance.
- Be data-informed and also customer-centric in your approach.
- Develop strong hypotheses about the direction and growth of our business, learn from customer success, and craft our culture of product management.
What we are looking for
- 10+ years experience managing products or related roles
- Experience at a fast-growing startup
- Experience in related industries: payments, payroll, lending
- Degree in a technical or quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Sciences, Engineering, Mathematics).
- Technical expertise: Curiosity to dig deep into complex systems and problems and develop innovative solutions.
- Entrepreneurial spirit: Self-starter who thrives in a fast paced environment, deals well with ambiguity and focuses on driving impact.
- Analytical horsepower: Demonstrated aptitude for digging deep into the data, thinking from first principles, and delivering the best results.
- Persuasive communicator, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex topics in a way that addresses specific audiences.
